How to Enrol
Step 1: Registering for 'My Family Lounge'

Please watch this helpful video below to see how to register for 'My Family Lounge'. My family lounge is a childcare management system which allows parents to mange their children's bookings and documentation all in one place.

Before you move on to the next step, ensure you have:

  1. Registered your 'My Family Lounge' account.

  2. Added details about yourself and your children.

  3. Completed your child's enrolment form.

  4. Submitted your child's enrolment form.

  5. Email bondiaftercare@gmail.com with any before school and after school care permanent bookings you want for your child.

Step 2: Complete and Return the BASC Direct Debit Form

The BASC Direct Debit system is a hassle free automated form of payment. 

Parent have the option to:

  • Set a recurring billing date.

  • Choose withdrawals from either credit card or bank account.

  • The BASC direct debit form must be completed and returned either in person or via email to bondiaftercare@gmail.com before any bookings can be attended.

Step 3: Download the 'My Family Lounge' App

The 'My Family Lounge' app, is an easy and convenient way for parents to:

  • Make casual bookings, including all vacation care bookings.

  • Mark absent days.

  • View their child's portfolio.
